The individual caregivers went above and beyond, proactively recommending adjustments to keep my cousin safer and more comfortable. In my cousin's final hours, Keri was at his bedside and facilitated a phone connection so I could say my goodbye. I'm grateful for her thoughtfulness in making that final conversation possible.
