Highly recommend this excellent caregiving agency! We have used Hillendale several times and they exceed any other agency we've used in the past. The company is well managed and has good infrastructure. But, Kim Scott, the General Manager, is a key factor in the great experience. She is passionate about getting to know the client and their needs and then matching the best caregivers to meet those needs. She's responsive and really cares. The caregivers are professional, experienced and compassionate. Esther helped us with overnight shifts for two weeks and was so knowledgeable about dementia care.
