Hillendale Home Care President & CEO Jesse Walters Joins Panel at What's Next Longevity Venture Summit
BERKELEY, Calif. — June 18, 2026 — Hillendale Home Care, the Bay Area's most awarded home care agency, shares that President & CEO Jesse Walters served as a featured panelist at the 2026 What's Next Longevity Venture Summit, held June 16-18 at UC Berkeley. Walters joined the "Pitch for Distribution" panel on June 18 alongside leaders from USAging, Front Porch, Volunteers of America, Eskaton Support Center, the American Heart Association, and the AgeTech Collaborative from AARP, evaluating pitches from longevity startups seeking distribution partners across home care, healthcare, housing, nonprofit, and government.
"Some of the best ideas in this industry are coming from founders who've never worked a day in home care, and there is tremendous value in us being willing to sit down, listen to them, and provide feedback," said Jesse Walters, President & CEO of Hillendale Home Care. "Mary Furlong has built something special in bringing this community together, and we're proud to keep showing up to support these companies and innovation that help everyone."
Now in its 23rd year, the What's Next Longevity Venture Summit is produced by Mary Furlong & Associates in partnership with the AgeTech Collaborative from AARP and CITRIS at UC Berkeley, and brings together investors, entrepreneurs, and senior care leaders working to advance the longevity economy. Hillendale has long supported Furlong's work connecting innovators across the aging and senior care space.
During the panel, moderated by CNN/NBCU News Group's Richard Lui, four longevity companies, Alita Health, Evergreen Senior Care, Monit Corp., and Quiltt, pitched their products directly to a panel of distribution partners, including Walters, for a chance to "take a meeting" and explore paths to scale.
For Hillendale, the opportunity to sit on the distribution side of that conversation reflects a broader role the company has taken on in the Bay Area senior care landscape: not just a care provider, but a connector between families, caregivers, and the innovators building what's next in aging.
